    When will my item ship?

    We require 24-48 hours to process your order. Your item will ship after this processing period. Items noted as "preorder" will ship on the noted date. 


    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally. However, we do not accept international credit cards. PayPal  or Stripe will be required for international orders. Shipping rates for international orders will vary. 


    When will my item(s) arrive?

    You will receive a confirmation email once your item ships. Please use the tracking information in that email to determine an estimate of your product(s) arrival. Most items shipped within the US will arrive within 5 business days of the shipping date. International shipment times will vary. 


    Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    We only replace or refund items if they are sized incorrectly, defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange an item, you must first send us an email at In your email please include the name on the order, the order number and brief description of the item to be returned/ exchanged. We will respond to your email explaining how to return the item (if eligible). Once your item is received and inspected carefully for refund or exchange eligibility, we will send you an email stating that we have received your returned item. The email will also explain your next steps in the refund/exchange process.

    If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that once we release the refund, we do not have control over the banking agencies' timing of your refund into the relevant account. Some refunds may take longer than others. Of course, you can contact us via email if you feel that your refund has not processed.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returns are are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are returning an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange as they are final sale.


    How do I cancel or change my order?

    If your cancel or change request is within 24 hours of the order, please email us at to discuss your options. We reserve the right to deny a cancel or change request if we have processed your order.
